At Lahajati.ai, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. Since our services are provided on a "one-time purchase" basis (non-recurring packages), we have established a fair refund policy that protects both our customers and our platform.
1. Guarantee Period & Usage Limits
We offer a conditional 7-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that you have consumed less than 5% of your allocated package quota (e.g., generated words, requests, or audio minutes).
2. Protection Against Abuse
To protect our platform from abuse, this guarantee is strictly subject to the following conditions: The right to a refund applies to the FIRST purchase only and is limited to one refund per user, IP address, or payment method.
3. Subsequent Purchases
If you purchase a new package after having previously received a refund from our platform, the new purchase will be considered final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Violation of Terms of Service
Finally, we do not offer any refunds (partial or full) if your account is closed, suspended, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as attempting to generate fraudulent or abusive content, or violating our Strict AI Usage Policy).
