Your use of the platform constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information upon registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.

• Permitted Use: - Generating voices for personal or legitimate commercial purposes.
• Restricted Use: - Illegal or malicious activities. - Reverse engineering the platform. - Abuse of server resources. - Strict AI Usage Policy: Users are strictly prohibited from using our TTS platform to generate deepfakes, impersonate real individuals without consent, or create fraudulent, hateful, or misleading content. Any violation will result in an immediate and permanent ban without a refund.

The platform and its trademarks are our property. You retain the rights to the generated voices, granting you a non-exclusive license for usage.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the exact accuracy or quality of the AI outputs.

All purchases (one-time payments) on our platform are processed by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR). The specific MoR handling your transaction will be clearly identified during the checkout process and on your official receipt. Our MoR is the legal merchant for all our orders and is directly responsible for processing payments, international tax compliance, billing inquiries, and handling refunds.

Since our services are provided on a one-time purchase basis (non-recurring packages), we offer a conditional 7-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your purchase AND have used less than 5% of your allocated package limits (e.g., generated words, images, or requests). To protect our platform from abuse, this guarantee is subject to the following conditions: The refund policy applies ONLY to your first-time purchase, and is limited to one refund per individual, IP address, or payment method. If you purchase another package after previously receiving a refund, that new purchase will be strictly non-refundable. Finally, we do not offer refunds if your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with a 15-day prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria.
