Your use of the Platform constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Services.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without notice.

• Prohibited Use: - Illegal or malicious activities - Reverse engineering of the Platform - Misuse of Resources

The Platform and its trademarks are our property. You retain the rights to the generated sounds and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the output.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining amount.

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use.

We reserve the right to modify the Terms with 15 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
